FISHERY RULES

 

 

 


Fishery rules

Match Lake
Albanian  -  Bosnian  -  Cantonese  -  English  -  Latvian  -  Lithuanian  -  Polish  -  Portuguese  -  Romanian  -  Russian  -  Serbian

 

    All anglers must be in possession of a Valid Day ticket.

     All anglers are required to show a Valid National Fishing-Rod Licence.

     No fish are to be removed from The Fishery.  All large fish have been ID chipped.

     All anglers must use a suitable Landing Net and Unhooking Mat.

     No keep nets.  Except for organized matches.  Or prior arrangement only

     Baited tackles must not be left unattended at the swims.  All baited tackles left unattended will be brought in by the bailiff.

     No litter or line to be discarded.  All unused bait to be removed from the premises.

     No tins or glass bottles allowed. i.e. sweet corn/luncheon meat  tins.

     Barbless hooks only.

     No use of fixed “methods” or fixed bolt rigs.

     No main line braid (Hook lengths allowed).

     No particle baits, i.e., nuts, pulses, seeds. No digging for worm bait.

     No child under the age of 16 is allowed to fish without adult supervision / or prior arrangement.

     No fires / or Barbecues including disposable / Alcohol in moderation.  Anyone found to be drunk will be asked to leave and my be banned.

     No family pets allowed due to Health, Hygiene & Safety reasons.

     No noise nuisance, radios except with headphones.

     No unsociable or disruptive behaviour.  Abuse towards Staff or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated.

     No Wading / Swimming.  A charge will be made to recover fishing tackle.

     All vehicles must be parked in spaces provided in car parks.

     Do not transfer fish from lake to lake.

     Bivvy’s or Shelters are to be Green, Camo or Brown. No Tents.

     No fishing in restricted areas. (Over head power lines) Stock ponds.  No fishing from the floating bridge.

     No Caravans. No Camper vans allowed. Unless you are a disabled badge holder, ID will be required.  Only disabled people are allowed to park their Vehicle next to the swim and must park horizontal to the lake.  And ID will be required.

     Please take all your rubbish home, you are responsible for your swim.

 

Random spot checks will be carried out 24 hours a day by the bailiff. Any person found not abiding by these rules will be asked to leave and may be banned from the fishery. Cuton Lakes Ltd accepts no liability what so ever for any personal injury, loss or damage to any property how so ever caused. The rules & charges are subject to change without prior notice. E & OE
